I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and the mattresses were great, perfect for a couple. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were some issues with the room key initially. The location was ideal, close to downtown but away from noise, right across from the picturesque Forsyth Park. The dining options were varied, and the facilities were well-equipped.

The service was a bit off-hand or disinterested, except for the shuttle driver who was very helpful. However, the service from the front desk to valet was very friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a mixed experience, but the overall service was gracious and kind.

The location was rectified later when another front desk clerk sent an apology card along with a chilled bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The hotel is great, right across the street from the park, close enough to the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the tourist crush. It's in a beautiful residential area next to a park.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic with a very comfortable Marriott bed, and everything was awesome, clean, and refreshing. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and attentive front desk to the helpful valets. The location was fantastic, set in a lovely historic neighborhood that's safe to walk around. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities were excellent.
